What shipping methods are available?Updated a year ago

We offer three different shipping methods for you to choose from:

• UPS SurePost/Economy shipping is free on orders of $75+ (before tax). Orders of less than $75 (before tax) are a flat rate of $10. 
• UPS Ground will be $15.

PROCESSING TIME: Every attempt will be made to process and ship your order the same day it's received, but it can take between 1-3 business days for regular orders and up to 5 business days for sale orders. We will email you with your tracking number when the order is shipped.

If your order is delayed, we'll contact you via email.

We ship from the East Coast, so delivery time will vary by your proximity.

NOTE: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product delivery address is correct. We take no responsibility for any product a customer does not receive because of errors in the delivery address given to us. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. Adverse conditions can sometimes affect shipments, so we may need to ship your order early to guarantee on-time shipping.
