What happens if tracking says delivered, but I didn't receive it?Updated a year ago

There are times that tracking shows delivered, but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so, especially if your shipping method is UPS SurePost. If you still haven't received the item in 3 business days, please let us know so we can look into a replacement for you.
