If you want to make a return in a store, please have a look at our retail locations, and you can drop off your return there. They'll make sure they get back to the right department.
The store itself will not issue your refund. The refunds will be processed through the internet returns department. Please allow 2-3 business days.
We'll email you with a confirmation that your return was received and your refund or exchange has been processed.
Shopping online should be as trouble-free as shopping in store. For this reason, our return policy is simple.

Returns must be in their original condition—this means unworn and with boxes intact.
In the rare instance where you may have received a faulty product, please Contact Us directly, and we'll set things right—right away.
We reserve the right to adjust your refund if your return arrives in a condition that does not meet our returns policy. There is a $15 re-boxing fee if you return your footwear without its original box. By "original box" we mean the SHOE box. You're welcome to ship things back in a different shipping box. Please don't use the shoe box as your shipping box! If you do, the re-boxing fee applies.
