How can I make an exchange? Exchanges are free!Updated a year ago

Was the fit not quite right and you want to swap it for a size up or down? Or maybe the color didn't quite work?  Decided on something different instead? An exchange is your best option. The cost to return your exchange is on us!

Just visit the returns portal for our website to start the process. You'll just need your order number and the zip code you used for shipping. (This info is in your order confirmation email, on your shipping label, and on your packing slip.)

Shopping online should be as trouble free as shopping in store. For this reason, our return policy is simple.

You have 45 whole days from the day you receive your order to decide if you love it or it's not quite right. Nearly everything you buy on our site is eligible for return or exchange.*  Missed the deadline? Don't worry. Just contact our friendly and efficient Customer Service Team. We're here to help. 

Returns must be in their original condition—this means unworn and with boxes intact. In the rare instance where you may have received a faulty product, please Contact Us directly, and we'll set things right—right away.
We reserve the right to adjust your refund if your return arrives in a condition that does not meet our returns policy.  There is a $15 re-boxing fee if you return your footwear without its original box.  By "original box" we mean the SHOE box. You're welcome to ship things back in a different shipping box.  Please don't use the shoe box as your shipping box! If you do, the re-boxing fee applies.

Problem with your order? Let Us Know! We're here to help. At Comfort One Shoes, we genuinely appreciate you shopping with us. Creating happy, long-term relationships is our goal. If something went horribly askew, or you're just not as happy as you'd hoped, we're here to set things right. 

You can exchange for a different size, color, or even an entirely different item by selecting "View entire catalog." Best of all, you'll receive an additional $15 credit to shop with.  At the end of your exchange process, you will get a prepaid return label, and the replacement order will be created as soon as that label is scanned in at the post office. The sooner you return the original, the faster you’ll receive the replacement!  

* Your replacement order will process in 2-3 business days, usually sooner. We'll email you the tracking number when it's on the way. 

An exchange is one transaction only. We can't exchange an exchange, but we can start over with a new order!
