What is your returns policy for store purchases?Updated a year ago

Our store return policy is simple.

You have 30 whole days from the day you made your purchase to decide if you love it or it's not quite right. Nearly everything you buy in our stores is eligible for return or exchange.*  Missed the deadline or no longer in the area? Don't worry. Just contact our friendly and efficient Customer Service Team. We're here to help. 

Returns must be in their original condition—this means unworn and with boxes intact. In the rare instance where you may have received a faulty product, please Contact Us directly, and we'll set things right immediately.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method once your return is delivered to the store, either in person or by mail. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund after we have received it if you've opted to mail the item back. Once we've sent your refund through, it's up to your bank how quickly the refund posts to your account. Most people see their refunds post within 5-7 business days. 

If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund will be issued back to that gift card.

EXCHANGES

Your exchange will be processed once the returned item is delivered to the store, either in person or by mail. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your exchange after we have received it if you've mailed the item back.
